You know those people that you see on the side of the freeway wearing bright orange and picking up trash?  The ones that you're like o my goodness those people are like in jail!  . . . Well, I can speak from experience when I say that is not always the case. 

So if you're gonna litter  . . . at least litter large . . . then it's WAY easier to clean up
